DMC B2B Sales Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for developing and managing B2B partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators to promote the DMC's destinations, hotels, and ground services.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new B2B partners and manage existing accounts.

Present DMC products (tours, transfers, hotels, and packages).

Negotiate commercial agreements, rates, and commissions.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a DMC or travel wholesaler.

Strong network of travel agents and tour operators.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
