Job Summary:
Tawaf Golden for Travel and Tourism is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative for our Cairo office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Egyptian tourism sector. This role is focused on B2B sales, requiring outdoor sales visits to tourism agencies across all Egyptian governorates. The primary goal is to promote our competitive hotel rates for Makkah and Madinah and our Saudi VISA services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage B2B sales by meeting with tourism agencies throughout all Egyptian governorates.
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Develop, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key decision-makers at tourism agencies across Egypt.
- Promote and sell the company's core B2B services, focusing on competitive hotel prices in Makkah and Madinah and Saudi VISA services.
- Negotiate B2B agreements and contracts to secure business and meet sales targets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure partner agency requirements are met with the highest standards of quality and service.
1 - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience:
3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience within the Egyptian tourism industry. - Mandatory Requirement:
Demonstrable experience and a strong existing network of contacts within tourism agencies in Egypt. - Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the Egyptian tourism market and B2B travel sales. Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah packages, Saudi hotels, and VISA processes is essential. - Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for outdoor sales across all Egyptian governorates.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is highly desirable.

Candidates must be based in Cairo. The role is based at the Heliopolis office.
