Key_Responsibilities
:

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.

· Prepare market requirement documents and business feasibility studies for new products/features.

· Coordinate product launch plans, events, and tradeshows to maximize brand exposure.

· Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, whitepapers, brochures, and press releases.

· Collaborate with Product Managers, R&D, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

· Manage relationships with PR agencies and ensure effective execution of marketing plans.

· Monitor ROI on marketing events and ensure effective resource allocation.

· Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance appraisals to marketing team members.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

· 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, with proven expertise in strategic marketing, market research, and marketing communications (including digital marketing & lead generation).

· Strong managerial and leadership skills with experience managing teams.

· Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

· Strong creativity, innovation, and analytical skills.

· Ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and deliver measurable results.

· Experience representing organizations at global fairs and tradeshows.
