Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Team Leader will oversee all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) functions across EPC energy and infrastructure projects. The role ensures full compliance with company policies, client requirements, and national regulations, promoting a strong safety culture and continuous quality improvement throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits for Departments and sites to ensure compliance with integrated management system requirements and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate monthly, Quarterly, and Annual integrated management system performance reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Establish, review, and enhance QA processes, work instructions, and inspection protocols to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Facilitate external audits and certification processes with third-party auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) effectiveness and ensure timely closure of nonconformities.
  • Act as the primary QA liaison with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, and Project Management teams.
  • Prepare & develop all audit activity (Notification -Checklist -audit Reports).
  • Monitor and track identified risks and their potential impact on the business / HSE .
  • Reviewing & evaluating the effectiveness of action taken to eliminate or mitigate identified risks.
  • Identify areas that need improvement and strengthen their financial and operational capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6- 8 years as a QA/HSE Auditor and preference in the Projects field.
  • Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 certificate is a Must.
  • Lead auditor ISO 45001:2018 certificate is a Must.
  • Lead auditor in ISO 14001:2015 certificate is a Must.
