About the Rol

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive sales across the MENA region
.You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our range of digital and software services — including software development, web development, GStarCAD licensing, and digital marketing solutions
.
Key Responsibilitie
s
• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients in the MENA region
.
• Present and sell our full suite of digital and software solutions
.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership offers
.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with our services
.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
.
Requirement
s
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT / Software / Digital Marketing sector
.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English)
.
• Understanding of the regional market (UAE, KSA, Egypt, etc.)
.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and tech-savvy
.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is a plus
.
