Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with at least 5 years of proven experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the design process from research to final delivery, ensuring products are both functional and visually appealing. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full design lifecycle — from user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to final UI design.

Translate business requirements and user insights into elegant and effective design solutions.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.

Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in digital products, web applications, or mobile apps.

Proven portfolio showcasing strong UX process, visual design, and creative problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.

Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.

Knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.

Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) for user behavior analysis.

Animation and micro-interaction design experience (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).
