InnovationTeam is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our design initiatives and elevate user experiences across our projects. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces while ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and identify user needs.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and design solutions.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets that reflect the highest standards of design quality and detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user feedback into effective design solutions.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, advocating for user-centered design processes.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and fostering feedback.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with development teams to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Experience in mentoring junior team members and promoting design thinking within the organization.
