Job Title:
UI/UX Designer with Front-End Development Skills

Are you a creative problem-solver who's passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences from concept to code?

We're looking for a
UI/UX Designer with strong development skills
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll not only design beautiful, user-centered interfaces but also bring them to life through clean, responsive front-end implementation.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to create seamless, functional, and visually stunning user experiences across web and mobile platforms. If you have a sharp eye for design, a solid understanding of user behavior, and hands-on coding expertise — we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

o Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications

using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).

o Proficiency in ReactJS, state management, and component-based architecture

o Implement reusable UI components and design systems for consistency and scalability.

o Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

UI/UX Execution

o Convert Figma designs, prototypes, and design systems into production-ready interfaces.

o Provide input on design feasibility and propose improvements to enhance usability.

o Ensure high-quality user experiences across devices and browsers.

Collaboration

o Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into elegant solutions.

o Conduct light usability reviews and advocate for best UX/UI practices in development.

o Maintain documentation of front-end standards and design implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Strong proficiency in JQuery, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.


• Proven experience building front-end applications with a framework such as React.


• Deep expertise with Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and prototyping.


• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross- browser compatibility.

Nice to Have


• Experience with front-end performance optimization and testing frameworks (Jest,

Cypress).


• Familiarity with micro-animations and interaction libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP,

Lottie).


• Understanding of user behavior analytics and A/B testing.
