Job Vacancy : Senior Export Sales Manager

We're looking for a Senior Export Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead our international market expansion.

Job Description:

Market Development & Expansion

-Identify and develop new export markets across the MENA region, Sub-Saharan Africa, and beyond.

-Conduct market analysis to assess demand, competition, pricing, and regulatory requirements.

Sales & Revenue Growth

-Achieve export sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

-Manage key accounts and distributors, ensuring strong relationships and performance.

Client & Distributor Management

-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with international clients.

-Provide product training and support to partners to drive brand loyalty.

Export Operations & Logistics

-Oversee end-of-the-end export processes including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping.

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and dispatch.

Key Qualifications:

Education & Background

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Marketing (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

-Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in export sales or international business development, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the FMCG sector.

-Proven track record in developing and expanding export markets, particularly in MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and GCC regions.

Leadership & Business Acumen

-Strategic thinker capable of translating business goals into effective market-entry and growth strategies.

-Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

-Experienced in cross-cultural communication and managing relationships with diverse global partners.

-Results-driven leader.

-Sound financial acumen to manage pricing, margins, and P&L accountability.
