Job Description:

MIG Academy is hiring a
Quality Officer
for our
Alexandria branch
.

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual with a
background in the German language
, strong
problem-solving skills
, and a
clear vision for development and improvement
.

The Quality Officer will play a key role in ensuring that our students receive the highest quality learning experience by monitoring performance, addressing challenges, and driving continuous development across all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the quality of the educational process inside classrooms.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from students and instructors.
  • Track student attendance, commitment, and academic performance.
  • Identify challenges and propose effective, practical solutions.
  • Suggest and implement development plans to enhance overall performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for management and follow up on implementation.

Requirements:

  • German language background
    (B1 level or above is preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to plan and drive improvements.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work within a team.
  • Previous experience in education or quality assurance is a plus.

Alexandria Branch – Full-time Working hours: 8 hours/day
