About the Role

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Entreprenelle's educational and entrepreneurship programs. You'll work closely with trainers, mentors, partners, and participants to ensure every program runs smoothly and delivers impact.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering education and training programs.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, trainers, mentors, and external partners.
  • Organize program logistics — from session schedules to venue setups and attendance tracking.
  • Support project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Prepare and send follow-up emails, reports, and other documentation.
  • Provide on-ground coordination support during workshops, trainings, and events.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks for day-to-day project activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in educational or training program coordination, community programs, or project support.
  • Strong email communication and organizational skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on coordination experience — not purely administrative.
  • Familiar with the entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem, especially women-focused initiatives.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator
  • Location: Maadi, Cairo (On-site)
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
