Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Project Coordinator at IWAN Design House in New Cairo. The Junior Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, assisting seniors in team coordination, ensuring quality, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, primavera

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture engineering, Civil
    engineering
    or a related field

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in a project support or administrative role
  • Internship or academic project experience is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Support:

  • Assist in monitoring the progress of IDH projects

  • Help maintain project plans, scopes, and resources

  • Support alignment with organizational goals

Team Coordination:

  • Support the management of project tasks

  • Assist project managers in tracking team responsibilities

  • Help maintain project timelines

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Support communication between clients, stakeholders, and the project team

  • Assist in organizing and documenting meetings

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings

  • Manage project-related correspondence

  • Assist with basic financial tracking and budget updates

Quality Assurance:

  • Help identify potential risks or issues in projects

  • Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards

Process Improvement:

  • Contribute ideas for enhancing efficiency and productivity

  • Help implement and track process improvements

Learning and Development:

  • Actively learn about project management methodologies and best practices

  • Participate in relevant training and development opportunities
