About the Role

We are seeking a
highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure that project activities are carried out effectively, on time, and within scope. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and timelines.
  • Track project deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
  • Monitor risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager as needed.
  • Coordinate resources and logistics to support smooth project operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, or MS Project) is desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
