Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality in processes. Responsibilities include supervising teams, maintaining compliance with company standards, managing resources, identifying process improvements, analyzing operational challenges, and implementing solutions. The role involves fostering communication and collaboration across departments while ensuring goals and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead teams, ensuring goals and responsibilities are achieved.
  • Strong background in Operations and Operations Management to monitor, assess, and enhance operational processes.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
  • Exceptional Communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure clear and concise information sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in organizational tools and software for operations monitoring and reporting.
  • Previous experience in construction, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic on-site environment and adapt to challenges.
