About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operation Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize daily operational processes within the real estate division.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage property listings, contracts, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in handling client inquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Support business development initiatives by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Work closely with vendors, property managers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions and operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in real estate operations (must-have).

Strong knowledge of real estate processes, contracts, and property management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to coordinate between multiple departments and ensure efficient workflow.

Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
