Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Operation Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The E-commerce Operation Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of the online sales platform, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing operations workflow, and coordinating with various departments to enhance the e-commerce experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to monitor, interpret, and act upon e-commerce data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and interact with customers and stakeholders professionally.
  • Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to understand and drive e-commerce revenue goals.
  • Experience in Operations Management and Project Management to ensure efficient workflows and timely execution of initiatives.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
  • Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
