Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for an Operation Specialist. The Operation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating workflows, supporting sales activities, and collaborating with teams to achieve organizational goals. The role includes monitoring the efficiency of operational activities, streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, and assisting in project management to ensure timely delivery of tasks and objectives.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management expertise to ensure process efficiency and performance optimization
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and customer relationship management to contribute to business growth and client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and deliver operational projects successfully
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the grooming or retail industry is a plus
