About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist (GL) to join our growing team

In this role, you will collaborate with clients, Project Managers, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) operations—helping us maintain financial accuracy and eliminate delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor & collect Accounts Receivable by contacting clients via phone, email, and mail

Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments

Research & resolve account discrepancies

Maintain accurate AR records (aging, credits, collections, etc.)

Invoice and follow up on ad-hoc requests promptly

Perform monthly balance confirmations and ensure accurate online payments

Education & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management


• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance Management (preferred)
