Job Type: Part-Time (6:00 PM to 11 PM)

Job Overview:
Responsible for managing daily operations and facility needs, including buffet services, subscriptions, maintenance, purchases, and billing. Ensures service quality, resolve urgent issues, prepare reports, and conducts regular assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations (buffet, cleaning, maintenance, purchases, bills).


• Supervise and follow up on maintenance (regular & urgent) to meet quality standards.


• Track buffet inventory and ensure consistency with revenue.


• Ensure timely purchasing and inventory availability


• Review and verify purchasing orders and bills regularly.


• Address and resolve urgent requests or issues promptly.


• Manage Yearly and monthly subscriptions


• Handle client inquiries or complains professionally and on time.


• Monitor stationery usage and requirements.


• Conduct an asset inventory


• Ensure the overall cleanliness and regular check to confirm they meet company standards.


• Prepare regular reports on operations, inventory, service quality, and expenses

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years' experience in operations or facility management.


• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.


• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office.
