Job Description


• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.


• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.


• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.


• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.


• Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.


• Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.


• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.


• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.


• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Performing other duties when needed.


• Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.


• Utilize Canva for designing visually appealing graphics and posts.


• Use CapCut or any editing program for editing and enhancing video content.


• Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to tailor content accordingly.

  • Requirements


• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist at least 1-2 years


• Proficiency in using Canva for graphic design and CapCut for video editing.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.


• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.

  • Preferred Qualifications


• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Experience with other design and video editing tools is a plus.


• Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
