We are seeking for proactive

Marketing Specialists

to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidates will assist in executing daily marketing operations, supporting brand initiatives, managing social media activities, coordinating campaigns, and helping deliver impactful marketing and partnership projects across all GoBus Group brands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Operations & Campaign Support

  2. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across GoBus brands.

  3. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery.

  4. Support brand activations, events, and sponsorship projects.

  5. Branding & Communication

  6. Ensure brand consistency across all materials, platforms, and touchpoints.

  7. Develop and localize marketing materials (brochures, banners, digital assets, roll-ups, etc.) in line with GoBus brand guidelines.

  8. Support the Group Branding Director in implementing new branding and partnership initiatives.

  9. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  10. Manage daily posting, engagement, and monitoring on all social media channels.

  11. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging posts and promotional campaigns.

  12. Track social media performance and suggest optimization actions.

  13. Partnerships & PR Coordination

  14. Assist in coordinating co-branded marketing activities with partners and sponsors.

  15. Follow up on deliverables related to media coverage, collaborations, and brand visibility.

  16. Media Buying & Performance Monitoring

  17. Support in managing media buying activities (online and offline).

  18. Coordinate with media agencies on campaign deliverables and reporting.

  19. Monitor marketing spend and performance metrics to ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

  20. Reporting & Documentation

  21. Maintain marketing activity reports, campaign performance dashboards, and competitor tracking.

  22. Prepare weekly summaries and updates for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in transportation, FMCG, travel, or service industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tools.
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand identity.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
