EVRaid Is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end while guiding junior team member

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning


• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.


• Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars.

  1. Digital Marketing


• Plan and execute digital campaigns (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).


• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.


• Coordinate content creation and ensure brand consistency across channel

  1. Content & Creative


• Brief and manage designers, copywriters, and agencies to produce high-quality content.


• Oversee the creation of marketing materials (videos, posts, landing pages, brochures).


• Ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning and target audience.

  1. Campaign Management


• Lead multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.


• Track KPIs and generate performance reports with actionable insights.


• Manage budgets for campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness

  1. Social Media Management


• Oversee social media strategy, posting schedule, and community engagement.


• Analyze engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance.

  1. Events & Offline Marketing


• Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and activations.


• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

  1. Team Collaboration


• Mentor junior marketing staff and provide guidance where needed.


• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align messaging and goals

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in digital + offline).
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools).
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies (if relevant).
