Role Description

Main ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

·      Promote brand awareness through comprehensive marketing efforts.

·      Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

·      Set clear goals and KPIs to reach customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital & traditional).

·      Work on marketing plans and activities for recruitment, office awareness, lead generation, and SEO.

Execution & Campaigns

·      Create, manage, and track marketing campaigns and online activities.

·      Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities.

·      Negotiate and secure media coverage and marketing deals with listing platforms.

·      Develop marketing materials for the office website and other platforms, ensuring alignment with MAX/CENTER brand guidelines.

Digital Presence & Analytics

·      Maintain and oversee the company website and social media platforms.

·      Analyze marketing data, including office results, conversion rates, and online traffic, to optimize future strategies and campaigns.

·      Implement tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting on marketing ROI.

Agent & Office Support

·      Support Sales Associates with marketing expertise, including optimization, advertising, social media, and planning.

·      Oversee office marketing activities to attract and retain new Sales Associates.

·      Conduct orientations and provide ongoing guidance to Agents on effective marketing practices.

Customer Engagement & Networking

·      Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking initiatives.

·      Ensure consistent customer communication and engagement across all touchpoints.

Other Responsibilities

·      Perform additional duties as required to support the company's overall growth.
