Role Description

This is a temporary and remote Senior Technical Writer role. The Senior Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation such as user manuals, technical guides, training materials, and online help content. Key tasks include gathering technical information, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accuracy and clarity in all documentation. The role may also involve reviewing and editing existing documentation to ensure consistency, usability, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Writing, Technical Documentation, and creating technical manuals.
  • Experience with Technical Communication and effective presentation of complex information.
  • Ability to develop and review well-structured documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading technical content for a variety of audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with information architecture and structuring content is a plus.
