Role Description

This is a temporary freelance opportunity for a Senior Technical Writer with GET Group Holdings Ltd., and the role is fully remote. Responsibilities include creating, editing, and maintaining technical documents such as manuals, user guides, and specifications. The writer will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and usability for diverse audiences. Additional duties include organizing and updating technical content to align with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Writing and strong skills in Technical Communication
  • Experience with creating Technical Documentation, including user manuals and guides
  • Expertise in organizing, structuring, and reviewing Documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to ensure content clarity and relevance
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional written communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools for technical writing and documentation
  • Prior experience in secure identity solutions or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field
