Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager at AlAhmady Motors, located in Qesm 1st Nasser City, Egypt. The Fleet Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining high efficiency. Responsibilities include managing vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinating fleet logistics, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and supervising staff within the fleet management team. Additionally, the Fleet Manager will analyze data to improve operations and optimize fleet performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of DOT Regulations and ability to ensure compliance with applicable transportation laws.
  • Proven expertise in Fleet Management, Fleet Operations, and Operations Management.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Experience working with automotive fleets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and tools is advantageous.
