**About the Role**:
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing our fleet of vehicles and railway equipment, ensuring operational readiness, safety compliance, and timely availability across all projects. This role requires close coordination with technical teams, suppliers, and operations staff to support the smooth flow of railway worksites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet (vehicles and rail-bound equipment).
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain and update fleet documentation, including registration, insurance, and servicing logs.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and operational costs, proposing efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet transport and equipment needs across sites.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and transportation regulations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Transport Management, or Logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management systems or ERP tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
