Company Description

SDF is a full paid IADC member company and is registered in the EGPC vendors list to supply Workover rigs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Management:

Acquisition and Disposal: Managing the process of buying, leasing, and selling vehicles.

Maintenance and Repairs: Overseeing vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and ensuring vehicles are roadworthy.

Fuel Management: Monitoring fuel consumption, identifying trends, and implementing strategies for fuel efficiency.

Driver Management:

Driver Recruitment and Training: Hiring, training, and managing drivers, ensuring they comply with regulations.

Route Optimization: Planning routes, optimizing schedules, and ensuring efficient delivery routes.

Driver Performance: Monitoring driver behavior, providing coaching, and addressing any issues.

Financial Management:

Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing the fleet budget, controlling expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on fleet performance, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements.

Safety and Compliance:

Safety Regulations: Ensuring all vehicles and drivers comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Insurance: Managing vehicle insurance and claims.

Other Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors, such as maintenance shops and parts suppliers.

Communication: Communicating with various stakeholders, including drivers, maintenance staff, and upper management.

Problem Solving: Addressing issues related to the fleet, such as vehicle breakdowns or driver issues.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of vehicle information, maintenance schedules, and driver information.

Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Engineering degree
