Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainee, based in New Cairo. The Sales Trainee will participate in activities such as client communication, assisting in sales processes, gaining proficiency in customer service, learning sales management techniques, and completing training programs as necessary. The role is designed to provide essential industry knowledge, customer interaction skills, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic knowledge or training in Sales and Sales Management
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Enthusiasm for the real estate industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an advantage
