Management Trainee

Program Overview
The 51Talk Global Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders through structured rotations across business functions and regions. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in core operations, international markets, and innovative projects, while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and analyze key sales and operational metrics.
  • Oversee service operations to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Support the planning and execution of localized marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with global offices to drive business initiatives.
  • Identify bottlenecks in business processes and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Provide analytical support and evaluate project outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's core business through structured job rotations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Local Egyptian students graduating between 2023–2025, Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language; conversational Chinese preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with logical thinking and unique perspectives.

Working Hours:

Sunday-Thursday (9am-6pm)

Break Time (12pm-1pm), Coffee Time (2:45pm-3pm)
