Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Training Advisor, located in 5th Settlement, Egypt. The Sales Training Advisor will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to the sales team. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, designing instructional materials, assessing the effectiveness of training programs, and providing feedback to trainees. The role also involves consulting with management to identify training needs and improve training methods.

- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Proven Customer Service expertise and experience in Sales
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
