Job Purpose:

The Trade Marketing Specialist will support the implementation of trade marketing strategies to increase product visibility and support sales performance in assigned territories and channels. The role collaborates with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful in-store execution and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in implementing in-store marketing plans, traditional trade, and wholesale channels.

-Coordinate with the sales team to ensure planograms and brand visibility standards are met.

-Monitor and report on competitors' trade activities and suggest counter-actions.

-Follow up on the execution of promotional campaigns and prepare performance reports.

-Support in planning and tracking promotional materials and POSM (Point of Sale Materials).

-Maintain strong relationships with field sales teams to support trade initiatives.

-Collaborate with third-party vendors for execution of in-store activations and displays.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

-3–5 years of experience in trade marketing or sales support, preferably in Constructions supplies sectors.

-Strong communication and coordination skills.

-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

-Understanding of trade marketing tools and practices.
