Working hours & days: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday

Reports to:
Marketing Manager / Head of Digital

We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Specialist to own, develop, and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a trend-spotter, and an analytical thinker who lives and breathes social media. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, growing our engaged community, and driving brand awareness across all key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (including video, static, and written copy) for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop a cohesive content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Community & Campaign Management:
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a positive community.
  • Run and optimize social media campaigns (including paid social ads) to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using native analytics and tools like Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategy, improve content performance, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaboration & Trendspotting:
  • Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and powerful brand voice and visual identity.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching and implementing new social media trends, features, and best practices.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of influencer marketing to identify and manage potential partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must-Have:
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a social media role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing skills in content creation, video editing (for Reels/TikTok), and compelling copywriting.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • In-depth understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and current engagement trends.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who is highly committed, fast-learning, and naturally stays updated with the latest digital trends.
  • Nice-to-Have (Pluses):
  • Experience creating content for and engaging with the
    Gulf market

  • Background in the
    Food & Beverage (F&B)
    industry.
  • Previous experience working in a
    marketing or advertising agency
