Location:
Nasr City, Cairo

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | Full-Time

Salary: 11,000 NET

Junior Recruitment Specialist
to join our team and help us find, attract, and onboard top talent that drives our success.

What You'll Do

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
  • Post job ads, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate feedback with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and update the internal recruitment tracker.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving the candidate experience throughout the process.

What You'll Need

  • B2 English profile
  • 0–2 years of experience
    in recruitment or HR.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and social media recruiting tools.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
