Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Recruitment Consultant, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for assisting in recruiting and hiring top talent by sourcing candidates, developing job postings, and conducting initial interviews. The role also involves supporting recruitment processes, maintaining candidate relationships, and consulting with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations. The consultant ensures an efficient, high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and managers alike.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment and Recruiting processes
  • Experience in conducting Interviews and providing consulting services
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting effectively with candidates and team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or consulting is a plus
