Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all branch operations to ensure smooth daily workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to enhance brand reputation.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute local promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years of experience
    in retail or branch management, preferably in the
    health, wellness, or pharmaceutical
    sectors.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
