Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abou Rawash 26 K, Cairo-Alex Road, 6 October for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will handle responsibilities such as managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating effective employer branding strategies, facilitating interviews, and sourcing top talent through various channels. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience while meeting organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting to attract and assess top talent
  • Familiarity with Employer Branding strategies and their implementation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
