Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a National Sales Manager. The National Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop business strategies, manage client accounts, and lead a team toward achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with company objectives, creating sales budgets, and driving revenue growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to deliver superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong business planning and budgeting skills to create and manage sales forecasts effectively
  • Experience in account management and the ability to build and maintain key client relationships
  • Proven expertise in sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently
  • Team management skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience or knowledge of the dental care industry is a plus
