We are seeking a
professional and service-oriented Front Office Receptionist
to join our hospital team in Sharm El-Sheikh. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and a genuine commitment to providing a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and guests, providing courteous and professional assistance.
  • Manage patient check-in/check-out processes, scheduling, and inquiries.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and professional ethics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    2 years' experience
    as a receptionist or front office representative (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Fluency in English
    is required; knowledge of
    Russian or other languages
    is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using
    Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS)
    is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Presentable, customer-focused, and professional at all times.
  • Willingness to
    relocate to Sharm El-Sheikh
    and
    work rotational shifts
    , including overnights.
