Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Amphoras Hotels located in Sharm El Sheikh. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, handling inquiries, and performing various receptionist duties. Tasks include managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and addressing guest requests and concerns. Additionally, the role involves maintaining front desk cleanliness, managing correspondence, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
-Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties experience
-Competence in clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and managing correspondence
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask and manage time
-Proficiency in using office and management software
-Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial
