Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for an Export Operations professional. The role involves managing export and import operations, creating and reviewing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. Additionally, the role requires liaising with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Export Operations professional will maintain efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Export Documentation and handling Export procedures
- Experience with Import/Export Operations and familiarity with related workflows
- Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service and address client inquiries effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in documentation tools and familiarity with international trade regulations
- Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
