Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Specialist, based in New Cairo. The Export Specialist will manage export documentation, coordinate with clients and shipping companies, and handle all aspects of import and export operations. The role involves maintaining excellent communication with clients, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the export process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Export Documentation and comprehensive knowledge of Export processes
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on maintaining positive business relationships
  • Solid understanding of Import and Export procedures
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a relevant field
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
