  • Manage and organize shipping operations for export orders (sea, air, and land).
  • Prepare all required export documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, health and quality certificates, bill of lading, packing lists, etc.).
  • Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up on obtaining the necessary approvals from governmental authorities (General Organization for Export and Import Control, Agricultural/Veterinary Quarantine, Ministry of Trade and Industry, etc.).
  • Ensure that shipments comply with the importing countries' standards and requirements.
  • Monitor shipping and clearance costs and work continuously to optimize them.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or delays related to export operations.
  • Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, supplier performance, and logistics service quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with customs laws, international trade regulations, and export/import procedures.
  • Manage export operations to all international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with governmental authorities, especially the Ministry of Agriculture, to secure necessary approvals.
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with ports and customs brokers.
  • Select qualified customs brokers to manage export operations at competitive rates.
  • Conduct regular freight rate comparisons to support the export sales team with instant customer quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to prepare required shipping documents according to each country's regulations.
  • Manage Iraq export operations and the export of processed products and potatoes to global markets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in export, shipping, and customs clearance.
  • Strong knowledge of customs and export procedures in Egypt and target countries.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience with logistics and tracking systems.
  • High attention to detail in document handling and procedures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
