Job Purpose
To manage the full recruitment cycle for medical, nursing, and allied health professionals across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The role focuses on attracting qualified candidates, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (MOH, GAHAR), and maintaining a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing and Attraction
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract licensed and qualified healthcare professionals (local and overseas).
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain an updated candidate database categorized by specialty, licensing status, and availability.
2. Recruitment Process Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all healthcare positions, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job requisitions.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with position requirements and licensing criteria.
- Handle the offer negotiation and final selection process in coordination with HR and management.
3. Compliance and Licensing Support
- Verify candidate credentials and ensure compliance with Egyptian Ministry of Health and international licensing standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and licensing departments (e.g., MOH, GAHAR) to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Track license renewals, validity periods, and application progress.
4. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
- Represent the organization at career fairs, job expos, and healthcare conferences.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
- Support marketing and HR teams in developing employer branding content for healthcare professionals.
5. Reporting and Metrics
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR or recruitment certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of clinical roles, licensing requirements, and healthcare operational structures.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online sourcing tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a professional and ethical approach.
