Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Medical Recruiter for our on-site office located in Cairo. The Medical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for medical professionals, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, providing an excellent candidate experience, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of staffing needs. The role also involves identifying qualified candidates with expertise specifically in dentistry and dermatology to support the organization's healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting processes
  • Understanding of Medicine, specifically in areas related to dentistry and dermatology, is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in recruiting within the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
