Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include managing teams, improving operational systems, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives. Personnel management, budget planning, and operational strategy development are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel apartments or hotels.


• Experience in managing teams: Front Desk – Housekeeping – Maintenance.


• Proficiency in using Booking, Airbnb, and Google Maps.


• Ability to manage daily operations and quality control.


• Ability to solve problems under pressure.


• Strong leadership personality, commitment, and ability to conduct field follow-ups.

Responsibilities:


• Following up on the daily readiness of the apartments.


• Managing housekeeping and maintenance.


• Overseeing check-in and check-out procedures.


• Resolving guest issues immediately.

Submitting daily reports to management.
