Position Overview:

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist who will enhance and protect ATR's brand reputation through effective corporate messaging, media engagement, and internal communication initiatives. This role is key in shaping how the company communicates its mission, achievements, and values to both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that align with ATR's objectives and brand identity.
  • Create high-quality content for press releases, corporate announcements, speeches, newsletters, and internal memos.
  • Manage media relations, build strong partnerships with key media outlets, and coordinate interviews and press activities.
  • Ensure consistency in corporate messaging across all communication channels and materials.
  • Support crisis communication planning and execution to protect the company's reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to drive internal engagement and enhance employee communication.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze communication results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Organize corporate events and public relations initiatives that strengthen the company's visibility and stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintain and update corporate communication tools, including presentations, company profile, and digital content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations—preferably within commercial, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of media landscape in Egypt and experience handling corporate reputation or crisis communication is a plus.
