Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Electrical Fit-Out Activities:
    Oversee and coordinate electrical fit-out works on-site, ensuring all installations meet project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Manage Contractors & Site Operations:
    Supervise subcontractors, conduct site inspections, and ensure high-quality execution of electrical finishing works.
  • Execute Testing & Commissioning:
    Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems within commercial and residential facilities.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders:
    Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolution of technical issues.
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality Control:
    Follow local regulations, apply safety procedures, and monitor workmanship to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2–3 years of experience in electrical fit-out projects, preferably within the construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical installations, and finishing works
  • Ability to manage contractors, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality control
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Facilities Management is a plus
