Role Description

The Business Development Consultant will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive growth for ēlancē. This full-time, on-site role, located in Cairo, Egypt, will involve building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, consulting with potential clients to understand their needs, and creating customized business strategies. The consultant will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing and operational goals while effectively communicating solutions to clients and partners. Regular reports and business planning will also be a part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure potential opportunities.
  • Experience and expertise in Consulting and Business Planning to provide strategic growth solutions for clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills to build, maintain, and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills, especially in Arabic, would be beneficial.
