2. Job Purpose:
To provide professional, analytical, and administrative support to the Business Consultant in planning, executing, and monitoring consulting projects. The role aims to ensure smooth project coordination, accurate data handling, timely reporting, and effective communication with internal teams and clients, contributing to the successful delivery of consulting services.
3. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Consultant in
preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and business documents - Conduct
market research, data collection, and basic business analysis
as required - Assist in
project coordination
, including timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups - Maintain
project documentation, files, and records
in an organized and confidential manner - Coordinate meetings, workshops, and client sessions, including agendas and minutes of meetings
- Follow up on
action items and tasks
assigned by the Business Consultant - Liaise with internal departments to gather required information for consulting projects
- Support client communication under the guidance of the Business Consultant
- Assist in tracking
project progress, milestones, and KPIs - Prepare summaries, dashboards, and status updates for management and clients
- Support administrative tasks related to consulting engagements
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and deadlines
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Business Consultant within the scope of the role

5. Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field - Fresh graduate to
2 years of relevant experience
(consulting, business analysis, or coordination is a plus) - Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Excellent command of
English
(written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage - Familiarity with business tools, research methods, or project management tools is a plus
